Someone had craved Audrey in the wood....so we took advantage of it!

Me and My Quilting

I love to quilt.  Never thought I would say that but I do.  Its a good hobby turned business.  I love sitting in front of my machine and not thinking about anything but the hum of the machine and watching the fabric move under my fingers.  I love listening to my music or my pastors teachings as I sew.  It gives me time to relax and refresh my mind when I sew.
I love sewing with my friends to see them excited when they have finished something they have created out of a heap of material.  To have them beam with happiness at knowing they have done this.  Sometimes something they didn't think they could do.  Thats so rewarding.  God is so good with how he uses this talent.
I love the conversations I have with who ever is sewing.  It seems like a place to share deep thoughts with each other or absolute nonsense!! There is no one else, and we sit across from each other- what better way to fellowship!!!!
I love watching people get their quilts and how they hold them and feel them.  Like they know its all theirs and made just for them.  I love that the most.

Most of all I love that God uses this gift for his people.  I will gladly keep doing this.
